Hui-Min Kuo, Director of Undergraduate Studies, Coordinator of Leadership Certificate Program

Hui-Min Kuo is the Director of Undergraduate Studies and the Coordinator of the Leadership Certificate Program for the Department of Communication at Rutgers University . Hui-Min received a Master's degree in Linguistics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and a second Master's degree in Library Studies from the University of Wisconsin at Madison . Hui-Min's research interests are organizational communication, organizational culture, leadership, and intercultural communication. She is currently completing a doctorate in Communication at Rutgers . Her dissertation examines the organizational culture of faculty and administrators in higher education, and the impact of culture on faculty-administrator relations and collaborations.

Prior to joining the Department of Communication, Hui-Min was Associate Dean at the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers , and Associate Director at the Kean University Library. Hui-Min also taught communication courses at Kean University.
