The Leadership Forum brings senior leaders from business, education, government and healthcare to Rutgers, four times per academic year, to share their insights and experiences with students.
Guest speakers discuss topics of importance to contemporary leadership and organizational development, including: leadership development, ethics, organizational culture, institutional change, matching organizational needs and leadership styles, work-life balance, and organizational assessment and change.
The Forum includes the public lecture series and roundtable luncheons (small gatherings of students, the guest speaker, faculty, staff and other invited guests that give students an opportunity for more personal exchange of ideas and questions).
Public Lecture Series
The public lecture series is open to all Rutgers students and community members. Guest speakers will give a public lecture and will tape RUTV (Rutgers' internal television network) shows with Certificate students and the Certificate Program Director.
